She enjoys working with her learners at their level of understanding and then through carefully selected hands-on material, allowing them to experiment and internalize concepts. Seeing how they mature and tackle new concepts is a reward of a lifetime and that's why she teaches!
Teacher Michelle has over 39 years of progressive skills in developing and implementing educational systems, leading by example. Exhibiting high ethics and moral leadership with a strong belief that all children can learn.
She continues to be passionate about teaching and early childhood education in South Africa. She is a motivated and experienced Principal and Teacher offering outstanding organization, communication, learner service and decision-making skills.
She creates a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, nurturing environment, and stimulating curriculum. In addition, she enjoys planning and creating learning opportunities for learners and mentoring these skills.
